I know you are a SEO expert and you travel around the world, from Australia to Europe, bringing your competences in many events about this digital marketing topic.
I would like to ask you, how do you manage your shifts around the world and your agency’s run?
There are two main factors for productivity whilst traveling the world: Choosing priorities and a team that you can trust.
Quarterly, monthly and weekly priorities allow you to focus on the things that really matter. I really recommend the book ‘Traction’ by Gino Wickman or ‘Scaling up’ by Verne Harnish. For most agencies that will be lead generation, sales, service delivery, and account management.
Every month, week or day you can ask yourself: What is really going to move the needle – for our clients – and for our agency?
Secondly, I love working with an entrepreneurial, proactive team that is eager to take on challenges, acts quickly and is not afraid to make mistakes (and learn from them). Life is a team sport and so is business.
Next, could you give us a taste of your speech on the MBSummit stage?

I show how you can use keyword research and page 1 analysis to create a data-driven content plan that will give real ROI on your content production.
